No problem! We want to promote a world where everyone has the legal advice they need to make smart business decisions.

We offer limited free advice over email and our consultations start at $295 (which will be deducted from your total bill if you end up hiring us).

Yes! We have in-depth knowledge about how to go about launching and fundraising for a new organization. While Eiss-Proctor Law handles all of the legal matters, our consulting firm, Heddy Consulting, can help with operations, development and personnel issues.
